A cozy stay near family

The hotel was conveniently located close to my family's home, making outings effortless. The Premium King room was spacious and had a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

However, there was a frustrating moment when I inquired about the check-in time and received an unclear answer. I had hoped for more precise information to avoid waiting unnecessarily.

The casino has spacious rooms and a nice atmosphere. However, the food options could use improvement, as many machines were out of service. Some staff seemed inexperienced, leading to slow service. Overall, it’s worth a visit, but be prepared for a few hiccups.

Staying in the Racetrack King room provided a luxurious experience in a visually stunning hotel. Easy access to the theatre for the concert made it the perfect spot, coupled with pristine cleanliness throughout the building. The underground parking was convenient, and the Italian strata at the food court was a delightful highlight. Attention could be improved in busy hours, as service staff seemed stretched.

They should really consider adding more pillow options for various sleepers!!! Cleanliness could use improvement, as I found unpleasant residues in the bathroom!!! Clear signage would help guests navigate the property easier!!!

I was blown away by the fine Racetrack King room that had this amazing view of the racetrack and even downtown Toronto! The cleanliness and spaciousness were perfect, and the bed? Pure comfort heaven! Plus, the convenience of having the casino and amazing dining options right downstairs just elevated the whole experience.
